Almost every profession expressly elaborates the Code of Ethics that its practitioners shall adhere to. And, legal profession is no different. Ethics and practice of law are usually held to be contradictory to each other. In almost every country, there is a separate code of conduct for the lawyers and the judges. These describe the dos and don’ts of what is expected of them. Failure to follow them invariably results in some sort of disciplinary action by the governing body. Ethics are supplementary, not contradictory, to the roles and duties of the lawyers as defendants or prosecutors.

This piece of writing seeks to review the ethical practice, education, works, associations and felicitations of Attorney Howard Kornberg and his law firm.

It also mentions that multi-million dollar claims have been won for the clients throughout the country. Further, it states that no disciplinary action has ever been initiated by any regulatory body against him.
